The Blogger
I am an Associate Professor of Civil Engineering at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. I am known as Dr. Mohan M. Venigalla to my students and as Mohana Muralidhar among my friends. I managed to bring TeluguOne Radio on Internet (TORI) from concept to reality. Many of the classic songs you are listening to on TORI are from my collection. Mohana Muralee Gaanalahari is a LIVE Telugu film-songs based program presented by me every Friday from Washington, DC.

The Blog
This blog is just my take on some of the topics that I think are relevant for expatriate 'Telugus'. Well, just as you cannot take Telugu out of me, you cannot take English also from me. So, I settled on a weird combination of Telugu and English languages (Telugish) for this blog. If nothing else, this blog should raise some awareness of some of the issues. I intend to update this blog at least twice a week - on Mondays and Thursdays.
